Shipping
Shipments to mainland Spain are sent by courier (GLS) and cost 6 €.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands are sent by registered post (Correos) and cost 8 €.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, please email us at gatamaula07@gmail.com and we will let you know the cost.
For shipments outside Spain, the cost varies depending on the destination. Please email us at gatamaula07@gmail.comand we will inform you.
Shipping is free on orders over 115 €.
Your order will arrive at the address provided within 2 to 5 working days. These times may vary if we are attending a market/fair or for other reasons, which we will announce in advance on the blog.
If you live nearby and would prefer to collect your order in person, you can pick it up at our workshop-showroom — just email us first at gatamaula07@gmail.com — and save on shipping costs.
For urgent shipments, please email us at gatamaula07@gmail.com and we will let you know the rate and confirm the timing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled by the same courier, which will collect the item to be returned and deliver the replacement item at the same time. The cost of an exchange is 8 €.
To arrange an exchange, please prepare a package with the following details:

Returns
You can return an item using whichever shipping method is easiest and most convenient for you. Once we receive the package, only the amount of the returned product will be refunded.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as is the additional fee associated with purchases made through PayPal.
Exchanges and returns must be requested by email at gatamaula07@gmail.com, within 15 days of receiving the package.
The returned item must be in perfect condition, with its tag attached and properly packaged. We reserve the right not to issue the agreed refund if the item does not meet these conditions.
Prices
The price shown already includes 21% VAT. Product prices published on the website may be changed if we consider it appropriate due to a modification to the product.
Shipping address
We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided by the buyer. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available during delivery hours, that is convenient for you and easy for the courier to find.
Payments
All payments made on our website are secure. La Gata Maula does not store any of its customers’ banking details.
